Delivery information

The delivery takes place against payment by PayPal, prepayment (by bank transfer or PayPal) or one of the Shopify Payments offered payment methods. The latter include in particular:

• Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Klarna : immediate transfer, pay immediately, invoice*
• Accelerated checkouts : Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
• Others : eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

In the case of prepayment, the customer transfers the invoice amount, which was communicated to him by e-mail or telephone, to the following account ( account is NOT for Klarna payments! ):

* Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our customers purchase on account as a payment option. When buying on account with Klarna, the customer always gets the goods first and he always has a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). The customer receives all payment data directly from Klarna by e-mail. Note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany. Shipping

Your order will be processed by us as quickly as possible and shipped with DHL.

Germany

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order.
From an order value of 40€ there are no shipping costs.

Austria

Within Austria we charge a flat rate of €8.90 per order.
From an order value of 80€ there are no shipping costs.

Switzerland

Within Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order.
From an order value of 100€ there are no shipping costs.

 

shipping times

Orders placed before 1 p.m. (weekdays) are usually dispatched on the same working day. If you order in advance (bank transfer), the shipment will take place after the confirmed receipt of payment.

Depending on the bank, it can take 1-3 working days for a bank transfer to be received.

After shipping, we will send an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the associated tracking link.

DHL needs about 1-3 working days for shipping and delivery within Germany, for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland about 3-5 working days.
